CONCEPT STATEMENT
There is a movement towards strenthening the local food system throughout our country where the “Farmer’s Market” is now regarded as the future in trusted sustainable food. Kroger has become a leader and pioneer within the sustainability movement ranging from energy star certified stores to the “zero waste” projected future. Kroger is our future Farmer’s Market.
Taking this idea of “Future Farmer’s Market,” I have used the American skyscraper as inspiration and symbolism of the future, while asthetically attracting the Farmer’s Market generation with a clean contemporary market look.
