Concept: Divergence - tending to be different or develop in different directions.
Meaning “heavenly,” Celeste’s pristine white interior conveys a sense of calm and purity. As you enter the restaurant the ceiling height is at its lowest. As you continue through the space, the ceiling height increases. Once the guest has entered into the dining room, the ceilings are at its highest point. The walls leading up to the ceiling are scattered with an array of different sized mirrors bouncing light throughout the space and symbolizes the reflection of one’s life while ascending to heaven.
